Metal Hoses

Metal hoses are made of austenitic steels; main part consists of thin sheet bellows. We supply hoses in three basic types according to flexibility and required pressure withstand. Hoses therefore consist of regular bellows, thin bellows and high pressure bellows. They can be supplied with triple steel wire braiding for better mechanic and pressure resistance. These hoses have wide application carrying media such as water, steam, air, technical gases, oils, chemical substance and fuels. Medium temperatures vary from -269°C to +600°C. Metal hoses are equipped with couplings according to customers´ requirements and norms.

We supply protection wound wire protection spirals with various diameter and material. This protection is predominately applied to rubber and metal hoses with higher mechanical resistance requirements. We also offer stripwound metal hoses with circle diameter or other. Stripwound metal hoses are flexible and can compensate axial compression or expansion. They absorb axial and angular vibrations, compensate rotary movements. They are designed for abrasive material suction/displacement as well as for hose and cables mechanical protection. Predominately applied in exhaust/flue piping. Hoses are made of stainless or galvanized steel.
