We supply forgings according drawings with requested mechanical properties with required documentation: chemical composition with mechanical properties, measurement reports, UT reports as given by request – the forging you can use in your existing or completely new technology line.
Moreover, we have produced die forgings, machined forgings or roughed for other processing: hooks, gear racks, chassis, sliding, shafts of various length – even 5 meter long. Almost every part mentioned designed for various technology lines usually in steel making, coal mills and heavy machinery.
We are experienced in production of cooling drilled rollers for rolling mills, so far, we have supplied hundreds of rollers for our biggest steel making company.
